A FULLY INTEGRATED PROCESS
At SADEV, we manage every stage of the gearbox manufacturing process in-house. From raw materials to final assembly, all operations are carried out at our state-of-the-art facility in Saint-Prouant, France, by nearly 275 dedicated employees. This fully integrated approach ensures consistent quality, complete traceability, and total control over every component we produce.
The process begins with careful material intake and inventory control, followed by precision work across our advanced machining departments — including turning, cutting, milling, heat treatment, grinding, and inspection. From there, components move to our 20 expert assembly technicians, where they’re built into complete, race-ready gearboxes.
What truly sets SADEV apart, however, is our team. Our success is driven by the people behind the products — the engineers, technicians, and specialists who design, machine, assemble, and support our transmissions every step of the way.
